Privacy

UIA Solutions is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected when you access our website. We will only collect information that is voluntarily given to us via email or direct contact. We will only use this data to contact you regarding our business services. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website and will never sell, rent, or give out your personal information to any third party other than as necessary to fulfill your request, eg. shipping an order.

Shipping and Handling

Our products are shipped as soon as possible, this will not always mean that it will be shipped upon the day you placed your order. Due to the complexity of our services you can usually expect a 3-5 day handling period before your order is shipped. If we anticipate that it will take us longer to ship we will notify you via your contact information you provided. After an item has shipped we will provide a tracking number for your convenience.

At UIA Solutions we pack all of our shipments to ensure that no damage will happen during shipping, thus we will not be responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Reparations will have to be made with the third party shipping company. 

Returns and Refunds

All custom storage solutions are final sale. 

Base packages may be returned for a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on manufacturer defects, thus meaning the product will be returned to us and tested, if the item is not defunct the customer will incur a 25% restocking fee.
